‘Go inside’ she said. ‘That’s where you want to be not out there amongst the madness. Coorie doon and get quiet. Turn on the light and close your eyes so you can see. Breathe. Listen. Do you feel the sound of stillness?’ – Unbound
Hi, I’m Linz. I work with high achievers who are done performing and ready to drop the mask.
On the outside you’re doing fine. On the inside you’re tired of pushing through, disconnecting, and overriding what your body is telling you.
I’ve been there. I recovered after burnout and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) – a condition where full recovery in adults is rare – and rebuilt my life from the inside out.
I’m an ICF-certified body-led coach, guide and creative arts practitioner. I help people reconnect – with their body, their creative spark and come back to themselves before exhaustion becomes crisis.

You are not broken. You are not weak. You are not too much. You are someone who learned to survive in conditions that required more than anyone should have to give.
You’ve been trying to think your way through this for long enough. Still the body says no. That’s not failure. That’s what happens when the body is left out of the conversation. Your body is asking you to listen.
What will it cost you to keep ignoring it?
Without realising it – you are abandoning the Self. I didn’t fully understand the consequences until my body forced me to stop. I don’t want that for you.

Somatic Renewal Coaching isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering and returning to who you were before you learned to leave parts of yourself behind.
Learning to listen and feel again is the path to freedom.
Your body already holds the answers. My role is to help you find them.
We work with the whole of you – not just what you think, but what you feel, sense and carry. Through an integrated approach drawn from mindfulness, somatic practice, embodied psychotherapy, systemic coaching, and creative arts therapy – we create the conditions for real, lasting change to emerge from within you.
I walk beside you as you soften, feel and remember yourself beneath the survival patterns.
If something in you stirs as you read this – that quiet nudge is worth following.

Burnout symptoms are a result of feeling overloaded, under-challenged or neglecting your own needs — often all three at once. As the light within you slowly dims, so does your access to creativity, joy and the parts of yourself that long to be expressed.
You know you can’t keep going on like this.
Something has to change. And deep down you know you are so much more than this.

We slow down. We tune in. We listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.
Together we track what’s alive in you — the sensations, emotions and impulses beneath the noise. As you reconnect with your own signals you begin to rebuild trust in yourself.
Creativity becomes another way into the work. Encouraging free expression while noticing and letting go of performance and judgement. Creating not for outcome or product – but to reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve forgotten. The parts that want to be seen.

“She’s not trying to fix you. She helps you feel more at home in yourself – which is maybe the most powerful kind of help there is”
I was trying to make sense of some strong reactions I was having—irritation, upset, flashes of anger that felt out of proportion. I could explain them in my head, and I knew how to be kind to myself afterwards, but in the moment, none of that seemed to reach the place where the reaction was actually happening.
It felt like my body was responding faster than my thoughts could catch up, and I didn’t know how to meet that.
Working with Linz helped me tune in to something steadier in myself—something I could actually feel, not just think about.
There was a quiet moment in one session where something clicked, and I realised, this is it — “this is what regulation feels like“.
Since then, I’ve been able to come back to that feeling when I need to. It’s subtle but strong, and surprisingly practical. I use it in everyday situations now, sometimes without even realising it. It’s changed how I look after myself.
Linz has a really gentle way of being with you—never pushing, but somehow helping you get right to the thing that matters.
I wasn’t sure how body-based work would feel over a screen, but I felt safe and grounded right from the start. There’s nothing performative about her—just real presence, and a deep trust in the process.
She’s not trying to fix you. She helps you feel more at home in yourself, which is maybe the most powerful kind of help there is.

“I felt deeply valued, truly seen and genuinely heard throughout our work together”
From the very first session, I felt safe and in experienced hands. Linz creates a warm, non-judgmental space where self-exploration feels natural and unforced.
Through her guidance, I gained clarity, understanding, and insights that I hadn’t uncovered on my own—insights that continue to have a lasting impact on my life.
I felt deeply valued, truly seen, and genuinely heard throughout our work together.
If you’re looking for meaningful, embodied coaching that nourishes both personal growth and self-awareness, I encourage you to reward yourself by booking time with Linz. It’s a decision I’m grateful I made.

Anyone who feels disconnected from themselves – whether that shows up as burnout, exhaustion or a loss of the creative aliveness that once made life feel rich and meaningful.
If you recognise yourself in any of these, this work was made for you:
The suppression of emotions – and the abandonment of our creative and expressive selves – plays a significant role in how chronic stress accumulates in the body. When we stop feeling and stop creating, the body eventually finds its own way to make us stop.
This is not a character flaw. It is a pattern. And patterns can change.
Burnout is recognised by the WHO as an occupational syndrome resulting from chronic stress that hasn’t been successfully managed. The NHS describes it as a state of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion that doesn’t resolve with rest alone.
Burnout is not the same as stress. Stress is short term – you feel it, you get through it, you recover. Burnout is longer term. Rest doesn’t fix it. You stop being able to bounce back.
Symptoms look like:
Left unaddressed burnout doesn’t resolve on its own. The exhaustion deepens. The disconnection becomes normal. Over time it can develop into chronic fatigue, anxiety or physical illness.
The body will find its own way to make you stop. You can choose to listen now.
Somatic Renewal Coaching is my own integrative approach weaving together body-orientated coaching, somatic practice and creative arts therapy.
Most coaching works with your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours. This works with your whole self – what you feel, sense and experience in your body, not just what you think.
The word renewal is intentional. Not a quick refresh. A genuine beginning again.
In this work you are always the expert. You know yourself better than anyone. My role is to create the conditions for that knowing to surface.
But I also bring something more.
Over time I begin to see what you may not yet be able to see from inside your own experience. Patterns. Root causes. The thread that runs beneath everything.
Think of it this way. You are walking through a forest and can only see the trees immediately around you. I can see the whole forest – where you came from, where you are, where the path leads. I walk beside you. I dont drag you down it.
Your body already holds the answers. I help you go inside – to listen, to feel and to remember.
In the multi-session packages I bring your Human Design chart as a practical lens – helping you understand not just where you are, but how you are naturally wired to move forward.
Every session is led by what’s alive for you right now. Together we work with your body’s whole system to uncover what needs to shift for real change to become possible.
Here’s what clients consistently notice:
Over time the deeper changes emerge. Long-standing patterns loosen. Trust in yourself rebuilds. The exhaustion starts to lift. The boundaries get stronger. The voice gets clearer.
The body knows. This work helps you listen.
Sessions are held online via Google Meet – accessible wherever you are in the world. Face-to-face sessions are also available on request in Edinburgh. You need a quiet space, a device I can see you clearly on from the waist up and enough room to move if the session calls for it.
This work asks one thing – that you show up. Not perfectly. Not resourced. Just honestly. To get the most from our time together I ask that you:
Does online really work? Yes. Clients report feeling safe, grounded and deeply held from the very first session – regardless of where they are in the world.
The more you bring to this – the more powerful it becomes.
